Perfect for your Gothic, Dark, Experimental or Theatrical piece, this workshop will give you the groundwork for finding your inner “creature”. Dance doesn’t always have to be upright and pretty. Explore your dark side (and your core strength) by getting low, baring your teeth and looking at moves that will help us dance our way to darkness. We will be using concepts from yoga, West African dance and our favorite fantasy films to bring you a challenging and creepy combo that will give your next number more depth and range. Let your dark side come out to play!
